Hey everyone, so I know I haven't posted a tip in a while, but I promise I will start posting more often.
This post is going to be about: How to Deal with Social Anxiety.-I have dealt with social anxiety before in my past when I was a teenager, so with dealing with this social dilemma, per say, I have found ways to get around this and overcome it.
-Let me begin and state that I believe this anxiety is one that is created from the MIND. Your mind has a lot of power in it and from how it perceives the world, it can affect how you feel.
Let's begin . . .
-Social Anxiety is not something that should diminish your life happiness or satisfaction, and if it does, than I hope you keep reading. The truth is, people are more worried about how they are percieved than to care about if you said something odd or embarassing. If you feel anxiety towards talking to others, just realize that they are probably more worried about how they are perceived than how you are perceiving yourself. Just realize that more than likely, you are over-analyzing the situation and you should just enjoy it. Don't be scared to talking to others, they actually can help you or even befriend if you get to know them.
Thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day.

How to Be Confident
Everybody wants it, some people have it, some people don't. Being confident is not an easy task to do. Having confidence requires courage, strength, and pride. To be confident, you must love yourself. However, there are some steps that you can take to increase your confidence:
1. Accept your flaws, but yet work on the areas of your body or life that you feel may be improved.
2. Realize that being confident is all an ACT.
3. The better of an actor you are, the more confident you will seem. "Fake till you make it!"
4. Exercise. This activity not only makes you feel better about yourself, it makes you look better as well. The fact that you are exercising should be a confidence booster and once you see results, that's a plus.
There are many more tips I can share with you, but I think those four are pretty good for right now.

How to be Grateful
1. No matter what age you are, remember that you are alive. Isn't it wonderful to actually be alive? This definitely should be a smile on your face :)
2. You are a unique human being. Be proud of who you are, and don't let anybody 'change' that for you.
3. You are living in the 21st Century. There are countless products, developments in medicine and technology, etc. that would not have existed at least 100 years ago. For instance, you are using the internet to view this article, right? Be happy about that.
Now, go enjoy your life! :)

How to Do Homework Effectively
It honestly takes a lot of motivation to sit down and do homework for hours on end. Don't you feel that way? I realize that going to see Tron-3D is much more exciting than doing Trigonometry homework. However, here are some tips on how you can do homework effectively:
1. Have a peaceful environment. If you are reading chapters after chapters of Chemistry, an environment full of unpleasant odors and disturbing sounds would not be helpful.
3.
Remember, you're only human. Do as much work as you can, but don't overload yourself; nobody is perfect. Try to split your work into time sessions of an hour or two.
Have a Cool Friday!

Getting What You Need
How to get what you NEED:
1. Ask questions! This is crucial. Constantly keep asking questions about why you are not allowed to have a parking spot for say, or why the price of an item is not what it should be.
2. Be Nosy! As the saying goes, knowledge is power. Find out all of the info of the subject at hand as possible.
3. Do not stop; keep persisting. If one person rejected you now, you can go again at a later time, and talk to someone else.
4. Ask for the supervisor. This is the best tip that I have for this matter. Keep asking for the supervisor because it is likely that they will give you what you need.
Frustrations cause so much stress. It is quite not healthy. Get what you need when you need it. You deserve it!
Have a wonderful Thursday.

3 Tips on Finding Friends
So today I woke up, and I was really happy inside. I didn't know why, but then I looked at my picture frames. The picture frames of my friends are all simply wonderful! I would not be here as the person as I am without the courage, empowerment, and motivation from my friends. I do have to say that I love them all, and they are so close to me. Some are closer than others, but I am positive that' s how many relations work.
I decided to talk today about friendship. Friends are important, they are a key factor of life. Here are 3 Tips for Finding Friends, and being friends with people:
1. Be Friendly. No one wants to be friends with someone who is grouchy or rude.
2. Be Yourself. By being yourself, you will not have to put a facade or a show for other people. You will find people who have similar likes and dislikes just as yourself.
3. And lastly, have an open space for love in your heart. Even if you have not found a 'best' friend yet, still keep trying. Leave some open space inside your heart.
I hope everyone is having some wonderful snow days, and fun conversations between friends.
Have a wonderful evening!

Snow Day :)
A Wonderful Tuesday to sit home, and do homework. Today is one of the those days where you really can't do much. I basically just relaxed, and watched some television. It was very enjoyable! :)
Now with some tips!
Tips for What to Do Inside on a Snow Day:
1. Read a Book! There is nothing better than to cozy up by the fireplace, or the furnace for that matter, and to reach a wonderful book.
2. Play some board games with the your family. When was the last time you actually had a chance to play Monopoly with your Mother? Well here is your chance.
3. And lastly, simply relax! Remember, you only have one life to live, so make that one life as enjoyable, and non-stressful as you can :)
That's all from me today, enjoy your fabulous snow day! That's if you have one :)
